Tracy is the director of the daycare and teaches the morning preschool programs throughout the week. She also maintains the after school program for the school age children. "I have always loved working with young children." Everyday is a new adventure because there is always a new beginning to a new day. "Corny I know but that�s what helps me still enjoy the job."

Tracy has four children in the age range of 23-10. Jamie is the oldest, then Tyler, Joel, and Maddy. She has a wonderful husband, Jim, whom you may have seen working around the building. In her free time, Tracy enjoys watching the St. Louis Cardinals, Unity Rocket sports, plays and musical performed by the Unity drama department, going on vacation, and learning about history.

If Tracy were not in childcare she would like to do mission work. She would like to do what she could to help others better their lives.

My name is Jackie Ping and this is my first year at Hand in Hand. I'm a Senior at Unity High School. After graduating Unity I plan to on attending Parkland College and getting a degree in Early Childhood Education. In 2005, I began working as a camp counselor at Fit 4 Fun Day Camp for one week during the summer. I've been counselor there for four years. That first summer was when I realized I wanted to work with little kids.

I live in Tolono with my family, my parents Jeff and Jeanette, my three brothers Jared, Jamie, Joel, and my two sisters Jana & Julia. I am the 3rd oldest of 6. We have 3 dogs Jasper, Dottie, and Luke. I am a Stat girl for Unity wrestling team. I also am a thrower for the Unity track and field team.

I enjoy hangin out with my friends and family, going to movies, and going to bonfires. I also enjoy goint to Unity football games, basketball games, and wrestling meets.
